What an unexpected pleasure. We booked this hotel at the last minute, needing a hotel with free parking. From the moment we arrived, we were so impressed by every member of the staff; from the helpfulness of the check in to the man who helped us find a close parking lot. The room was HUGE. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was luxurious, the breakfast buffet convinced us to book another Route Inn hotel in Nagoya. But the BEST thing about this hotel is the staff. Every staff member we encountered (front desk, breakfast, housekeeping} were exceptional in every way.

The location of the hotel good, restaurants are close by walking distance, hotel has its own restaurant with good and not expensive menu. 24 hours front desk service and free coffee machine is installed in the lobby. Big reason for the booking is Breakfast buffet, and they change the menu everyday. Breakfast expensive was 👍 great. We spend 5 nights there. Good experience.

The room size was too small for two persons. Single and double room are the same size but price is much higher.
